Each year after Vince Lombardi’s Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl, Coach Lombardi began the first day of practice the same way.

The basics in football are blocking, tackling, passing, and running. The team that blocks, tackles passes, and runs the best, wins the game. Lombardi started with the basics because he knew the basics, done with excellence, wins the game, regardless of what game you play.
The basics of building a strong, profitable business and making each year your best year, year after year, are; prospecting, pitching, and closing.
This boils down to; 1) list selection – finding prospects IDEAL for what you sell; 2) persuasive sales copy to engage your prospect’s attention, hold their interest, and get them to realize your product/service is perfect for them, and; 3) follow-up to close the sale and convert a looker into a buyer.
